Strong religious beliefs are not a prerequisite for having a ball over the Easter long weekend. Whether or not you believe Jesus was beaten to a pulp, nailed to a cross, placed in tomb-intensive care, made a full recovery and then participated in the penning of an authorised biography of his father – there’s no reason not to party with some classic tunes as your soundtrack. I found that Googling the words “easter songs” didn’t really deliver a great deal. So, world, here are the top 20 Easter songs to kickstart your party.
